At UNSA Shop, we are here to support students with a smooth and reliable shipping experience. This policy outlines what you can expect when it comes to delivery times, shipping costs, and how we handle any issues.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders usually arrive within five to ten business days, depending on your location.

If the item is in stock, it often arrives sooner. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

3. Flat Rate Shipping and Free Pickup

We currently offer flat rate shipping on all orders to keep things simple and affordable for students. The flat rate will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Local pickup is free and available for eligible products. You will see this option at checkout when it is available.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
We aim to send tracking information as soon as possible after your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your parcel with ease.

Check your junk folder if you do not see the email.

5. If Something Goes Wrong

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know within seven days of receiving it. We will make it right and cover any return shipping.

To help us resolve it quickly, please email us with:

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos or screenshots if relevant

6. Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, but you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit if:

  • You contact us within three days of receiving your order

  • The item is unworn, sealed and in its original packaging

  • You cover return shipping and provide parcel tracking

Please contact us before returning anything.

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to process and deliver your order promptly, delays can happen. This may be due to public holidays, courier issues, peak periods or internal factors such as staff availability or timing.

If your order has not arrived within ten business days of dispatch, please reach out and we will look into it.
