5. Shipping and Pickup

Responsibility for the item passes to the customer once it has been handed over to the shipping provider or collected in person.
If you choose in-store pickup, we will contact you when your item is ready. Please wait for confirmation before arriving to collect your order.
6. Returns and Issues
Returns may be accepted in line with our Return Policy, which outlines a general 7-day timeframe. Each case is assessed individually. Items should be returned in original condition, along with any accessories provided. Please contact us before returning any item.
